At Biqu Equipment, we stand by the quality of our 3D printers and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static bags and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
